Here we go again.

Away game. I'd be delighted with a draw, ecstatic with 3.

However, I'll plump for a win for Chelsea, scoreline of 3-1.

Cummon City, need a solid performance and united team performance, if we can perform to our best and Chelsea slightly off the pace a draw maybe achievable.

👍

Football at last!! I hate the summer and it's pretend sports where grown ups play bat a ball - are they called cricket and tennis.
Anyway.

All the odds are stacked against us today but we've beaten them before and can do it again.
My only real hope for today is a good showing from us and avoid a trouncing.

The team selection should be challenging for Monk who, given the in reviews this week, will be nervous about a repeat of last season.
Park the bus and we could have a Southampton or a repeat of the home game v Chelsea
or
Go for attack?

Wins against Man U, Arsenal last season and Man C the year before show we can beat the best in this league but I think everyone needs to be on their mettle.

I can see us losing this one 2-1 but obviously hope we get a point or more

Chelsea fans outside the ground describing this as a tricky opening fixture. Lots of concern that our Garry has built a strong, well organised side.

How times change, if they see us as a tricky opener at home!

Chelsea 1, Swans 2.
Have faith.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Well, its fair to say we arent going there to defend. Lets hope Chelsea arent 100% on it today or it may get messy!

"Michu, Britton and Williams could have won 3-0 on their own. They wouldn't have required a keeper."

Other than I'd either have dropped Gylfi or Ki to fit Cork in that's the team I have been wanting to see. The no Cork has to be some sort of minor injury or something though?

Did you see that ludicrous display last night?

In Garry we trust, a brave selection there. Looks like we are looking to take the game to them.

Never knew getting old would happen so quick!

Kick him in the c*nt.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

Yikes. Looks as 'brave' as the line up at the Liberty.

Didn't see that coming.

Routs is, and Tabanou can play wing too, and we could switch to the diamond if it isn't working which would mean we don't need wingers. It's gonna be like that for a lot of the season now.
