Court case listed for 9:45 tomorrow morning on 11:24 - Dec 7 with 3038 views | majorraglan | It will be interesting to see what comes from this. If the Club lose, do monies come from the Directors pockets or is it a case of the club paying out?
Court case listed for 9:45 tomorrow morning on 11:43 - Dec 7 with 2986 views | swancity | Two good guys with a grievance who wanted to challenge it, confront the problem and deal with it. And I hope it goes well for them. Surprised if this gets to court. Unlike the Trust who were also shat upon but preferred to take past friendships and relationships into consideration ultimately doing next to nothing in the process.

Court case listed for 9:45 tomorrow morning on 12:59 - Dec 7 with 2798 views | fiftypencehead | Whilst I wish the two all the best, it does seem rather rich that two men who have done very well financially out of SCFC are now looking for more money to top up their retirement funds. One of them was invoicing the club for a consultancy fee each month on top of a salary, whilst the other was being paid handsomely whilst taking his wife on expensive away trips courtesy of SCFC for gratis.... I have no axe to grind with either, however, just because they are up against the establishment we should not forget that they too have had their turn at the trough.
| When the ball hits the goal it's not Shearer or Cole it's Lee Trundle! |
