I wonder if its anything to do with the conditions of the transfer fee, IE: based on games played etc, can understand that if he was on loan, but he's not, its all very strange!

The u21 hs some real tough games v TNS and in the QF of the Premier league cup v Sheffield Utd and lost both heavily. They could have done with his muscle.
