1) I have to agree, the crowd were very quiet. Charlton fans were right, we are a library. I understand when the players are giving nothing, but being on the verge of the playoffs, and the players are giving everything now, you would expect more support. Maybe the way Charlton played just bored everyone to tears. Moving the away fans has made the atmosphere worse. The away fans chant at the Saints fans next to them, and get absolutely no response. Are they red and white zombies or.just shy?
2) Is it about defending slender leads, or should we be putting games to bed? We missed so many chances.
3) Why do so many people go downstairs on the 35th minute, not come back until the 60th minute (so many missed Stewart's goal), and then leave on the 80th minute? If they just want beer, go to a pub on Saturday afternoons?
4) Downes was lucky. He headbutted the Charlton player and would have been sent off with VAR. Charlton though and their theatrics to time waste was painful. This time wasting really is ridiculous when they roll around as if they are severely injured, then get up no problem. it really is a.miracle.
