| Millwall v Swansea City: Match Thread on 08:14 - Oct 13 by Dr_Winston | A game we should be targeting three points in. They score plenty, but also concede plenty. If our defence is on top of its game we should have enough going forward to clinch it. Probably not going to be easy or all that entertaining, but a scraped 1-0 is definitely within our means. |
Called it. | |

| Millwall v Swansea City: Match Thread on 21:41 - Oct 13 with 1869 views | joserobertorene | What a tough match—a proper physical opponent. We had chances that missed by mere centimetres, and Lissah getting booked weighed on me a bit. Yeo looked really interesting, Stewart was certainly decent, and blimey, Matos must be Ronald's lucky charm! If things keep going like this, gents, the Premier League is genuinely possible. Winning matches like this means so much more when you haven't played your best. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but it smells like a team where this could be their season and everything just keeps aligning | |

Is he building a new role as an impact sub? The downside is that we could be light in central defence after the injury and 5th booking. Must be a great day out for the travelling Jacks - safe journey home boys.

Happily accept another performance like the last couple. Keep it tight and maybe nick one. [Post edited 13 Oct 21:46]

The saying always is "let's see where we are after 10 games". Well we are top of the league on 23 points, that really is dreamland, who would have imagined at the start of the season.

Ronald ....uve said it b4 aint no winger, but down the middle! well done YJB. Stweart of we keep injury free looks promising!

How did so many of those sneaky nudges/pushes in back go unpunished and how did we get yellows and they did not. So many questions. However, gutsy as.... well done for not getting bullied and weathered the storm and looked better for the rest of the game.

Well to be fair they had 3 yellows to our 2. Both ours were fair enough I’d say.

| Millwall v Swansea City: Match Thread on 22:10 - Oct 13 with 1102 views | streetlyjack | The squad put some real graft and focus into that one tonight which was great to see and will carry us forward this season onto better things I am sure. Last season and before that we fell short as we tried to play the same way all the time despite who our opposition was, It's great to now see Matos utilising the full squad and switching the line up to counter the opposition - Seelt tonight was the perfect match for the Milwall tactics so I hope this continues as we face different teams and styles going forward. As for Milwall...if they were playing in my garden I would close the curtains....we are truly blessed that we dont have to watch that knuckledragging football every week. | |
