Who was the last R to score on his debut?
How many minutes after young Thomas came on did he score?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Hitchcock
(Probably best not to dwell on for whom his Dad played for or who brought his Dad & hence Tom to the club.)

What does his forearm tattoo say?
(the last bit is "..will follow you." ?? )
{Maybe the first part is "If you are bad the stain and smell of Chelski.."}

All these questions and more I expect to be definitively answered in the next NorthernR match report around 11:32 pm Sunday night.

Antonio German scored on his full debut.

Remember that well. Felt like a turning point in the season and even ventured off to buy a new scarf... one of Flavios hair type! Think we had just come off five or six defeats... and the worst spell ever under paul Hart

After all this talk of getting in players for and on millions it's really refreshing to see a youth player score a late winner. That's what we really want to see.

Of course it won't change the pursuit of the other type of player but we can enjoy it today at least.

Steve Morrow scored on his debut. I think Vinny Jones did too. Sorry for reminding you of those 2 stains on our club's history.

A player who we all loved also scored TWICE on his debut, Gareth Ainsworth at home v Blackpool, 5-0 on the hottest day in London for decades.

What a day that was! I remember how over the moon all the players were when Stevie Palmer got one! Such team spirit we had then.

Can't beat a young lad coming through and doing well. Makes it worth some lean times.
As an aside John Robertson is Hearts record scorer against Hibs yet his family are all Hibs and even his kids too, he says one of his (jokingly) most embarrassing times was having to go to the Hibs club shop and buying a Hibs shirt with Robertson on the back for his son! (Hibs only sell shirts through their stadium club shop).
Therefore the fact Hitchcocks old man was a member of the freakshow doesn't bother me as its what he does for the R's that matters

All hail ,10 out of 10 to this spookily prescient, supernaturally all-seeing-eye Hitchcock-scoring clairvoyant. Uncannily accurate powers of perceiving the future from the rigid nipples of the uploader of this YouTube vid, a certain Mr. Paul Duncan. There.*

Here's one hell of a happy and proud Old Man:

* 'There.' I miss super smooth Des Lynam, don't you?

Who knows,he might turn out to be more Antonio German than Clive Allen over the course of his whole career but what he done today can never be taken away from him - and us!
By hook, fook and Ian Crook what a start. Good luck young'un! I was there! [hic] [goodnight]

Although all clubs time waste, it was funny at the end seeing Loach run for the ball to take quick kicks.
