Do defenders get coached how to header nowadays? The science and the Jeff Astle case aside heading a much lighter ball shouldn't stop coaches drilling CBS in the essential art of heading

Not disappointed with a point - can’t remember the last time we didn’t lose a game when we were playing against 10 men.

Both teams boring 1st half - good luck to Cov if they get promoted, they will need it if Lampard is still their boss….

Their keeper was good and they defended well but we were a bit unlucky not to win. Lampard at the end was a disgrace.

A couple of first half opportunities not taken I think we defended quite well against the divisions top team Manning made multiple mistakes leading to their goal and generally had a bad
They probably won the first half but in the second half ther keeper had to work hard to stop us getting the winner
Lampard should be sanctioned for his after match behaviour. If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen Yes give a bit back to the fans but starting a mass ruck was not on

Fought to absorb pressure throughout, didn't take first half chances, gifted lifelines in the sending off and the equalizer, seemed to run out of gas in final stages. But it's the kind of competition we need to get used if we're to head up the table.

Hi folks! A colleague recommended I look into this https://trading.biz/posts/mast link after I vented about blowing my last few trades. Initially skeptical, I skimmed through it, but the section on handling pressure caught my attention. I decided to implement the techniques, and surprisingly, within a week, I had a winning streak that exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to see a resource that’s straightforward, practical, and makes you rethink your approach without feeling overwhelming.

We were good on first half until we got in the box and then it all seemed to go wrong.

Overall, we played well. I would have taken a draw beforehand but at the end it felt like we had missed out slightly.

Sending Bazunu up in a drawn league game is a bit wild.

Entertaining game of two halves.

Seemed to show Coventry a lot of respect first half and they deservedly had the lead. Will never know how the second half would have gone ordinarily as the sending off had a huge impact and we dominated.

Slightly disappointing to only get a draw in the end. Substitutions tend to weaken us (not Fellows as he is first choice, but Archer for Jander as again Archer did nothing.

Lampard very provocative at the end - that family eh?!

First half game plan to draw them out and counter attack almost worked on a few occasions. Opportunities created but final ball or shot misplaced. Disappointing goal again to concede with three centre backs. Welington lucky not to have a broken leg after the red card challenge. Sensible substitutions from Eckhert but we really missed a genuine big centre forward to bring on instead of Archer meaning that once again there was no plan B.

Wellington at RB didn't work & hampered us going forward. They controlled midfield prior to the sending off & overall suppressed us after it. Tonda has done well but really needs to find a plan B, out thought today by Lampard!

Hi everyone, I came across this blog post after a late-night scroll through a forum where people share thoughtful reads about technology. Somewhere in the middle of my coffee break, I opened https://weelorum.com/blog/what and ended up staying much longer than planned. What hooked me was the calm, explanatory tone and the way complex AI ideas were broken down without talking down to the reader. I’d been overwhelmed by exaggerated claims online, so this felt grounded and honest. I finished the article feeling more informed, slightly amused by some examples, and genuinely satisfied that my time wasn’t wasted.

I thought the idea of all this tippy-tappy stuff was that the opposition got tired in the second half not us. Under Tonda we are world beaters first half and relegation candidates second half.

If we are serious about promotion we need to sort the defence out.

We just simply seem unable to cope with any form of physicality or ntensity from the opposition.
The seasoned bomb squad at the back stomp n shout about but can't cut it when they are stood up to. A great worry for the end of January.!

My thoughts entirely AleHouse. Play three centre backs if they deal well with balls in to the box, but ours don’t and by having three there they zonal mark rather than pick up individuals and responsibility is easily passed over! I feel that Norwich’s first goal yesterday may not have happened if Wood had felt the sole responsibility of not letting the forward get to the near post?! And of course you lose a player in midfield when playing with wingbacks and 3 centre backs. Plus of course our play becomes predictable, particularly in the second half when players tire and replacements aren’t as good!

The main problem today was caused by going back to the Russell Martin slow possession play. Once Fellows became unavailable we lost our only forward thinking outlet that side. His replacement Fraser spent all game passing back or across the pitch. The January transfer window cant come quick enough for us to get a new goalkeeper, a right back and a centre half that can win a ball in the air
