Sorry but those stats need to be put into context. QPR Ladies have 11 players ever present, Tiger Cubs a 95% appearance constant and the kids on the South Africa Road astro turf have only expereinced one injury where Jamal from Number 87 tripped over the loose bit of 5G by the penalty spot. Meanwhile back on Planet Reality........ No wonder the back five look all at sea as the only thing constant is change. That's why things look better with Steve Cook starting as he is the voice of experience organising things. Nowhere on the pitch have partnerships been able to develop, telepathy missing, patterns of play shifting week to week due to the churn of players. I know nothing of the fella but the more facts that come out the more I want Williams' head on a stick alongside the goon who keeps signing players as robust as a balsawood riot shield! Sorry your favourite players can't play every week. |

What absolutely astounded me at the time, and still does, was the amount of people behind all this clapping the players off. After that “effort” Up to you if you want to do that I suppose but for me personally it’s another demonstration of how low our standards are as a whole club. The players getting involved sits somewhere between performative bollox and poor professionalism (the latter is an art they’ve mastered) |

The ownners don't need to be clued up on football. They just need to have the nose and the nouse to appoint the right football people and be present and invested in more than just banknotes. When did that last happen? Ooooooh... lemme see now..... 2010 when Amit took up the mantle with Ishkan and pushed Tango & Dwarf into the shadows; a fully respected football man took up the mantle, was backed and look what happened. Admittedly there was financial clout and the FFP rules weren't a thing but the other feat was they kept us up with ease when their was a regime change the season before. [Post edited 25 Feb 21:13]

I'm sure the club are reading this and shouting "CHALLENGE ACCEPTED SIR!!" We do love a death spiral, especially this time of the year. N'arich just two wins behind us at the moment. That'll happen.......... Sam will be chuckling in his cardigan whilst gently going backwards and forwards in his fireside rocking chair with three finger of Glennfidch on ice when it does. I'd very much like us to get two wins and two draws soon as so a relaxed end to another joyful season can be had. |

Wasn't there rumours of a few of the first team squad thinking his fitness approach was pants and using their own private PT's at the start of the season as they themselves felt they weren't fit enough? Not 100% on this but I am sure that was the whisper. This is also rumoured to be the fella who verbally destroyed a young player in front of his Senior peers - again not 100% on that but was commonly accepted. Not looking good is it |

He looks what I describe as a “playground keeper”. Will throw himself in and pulls off the occasional eye catching save However, is he cool, calm and collected enough to make the right decisions at key moments? Can he concentrate for the whole game? Does he control and communicate to the outfield players as game is going on? Is he all that with a presence? If the answer to those is yes then he’s a keeper who’ll earn you 9 to 12 points a season Walsh ticks none of the boxes for me. The second goal is totally on him and, conceded by it how and at the time he did, it’s the game killer. The palm out I’d also blame him but with a bit of luck it doesn’t drop as plum to their man. The 4th is as unforgivable as the 2nd…. total Weetabix hands there (If you want to be harsh then his positioning for the first not good) |

With you on this every step of the way. Unfortunately it’s obvious Nourry saw some metrics bollox so Walsh gets the nod despite being the worst of the three and needing to learn his trade at a lower level and move up gradually. He’s sort of finished at this level for a long time now. His shop window has basically shown him to be worth feck all The club has effectively ruined two careers of two keepers this season All roads lead back to the doors of Nourry and the Frenchman [Post edited 24 Feb 21:24]

Also......... I'm bang into competetive snails. I have one that is a Champion racing snail and wanted him to get even faster so I removed his shell. Sadly, it just made him more sluggish........... [Post edited 24 Feb 14:16]

I think he had five efforts on target today. Quite unlucky with instinctive headers Obviously should’ve scored at least one more that he did. Massive credit to him though for keeping going and a lovely finish for his goal. Even more credit for his work rate today as he really did cover the pitch brilliantly and work the defenders well with Kolli and Bennie. Numerous times Dull City gave the ball away due to the press. Good to see. His hold up play was very scatty though. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. We’ll allow it. A good day at the office for him and long may they continue and he can make harsh critics like myself eat humble pie |
