The accounts also show number of staff on pay roll and it’s nothing like that high.

I actually agree with you, and have argued very frequently on here, that wage bill is the biggest single indicator of performance and we are usually around the 16th biggest payer in the league and therefore usually the 16th placed team in the league.

We agree.

If you think we're paying our players £13m and our back office £10m then I'm afraid we disagree. Francis does a bloody good job in the club shop, but it's not that good a job.

There’s really reliable information on this, it’s in the accounts published annually. Don’t need AI. Don’t need clickbait websites. It’s just right there in black and white.

If you’re going to demand data and evidence from others you should at least provide accurate information yourself. A cursory glance at our accounts or any of the articles we’ve published about them show our wage bill consistently hovering between £20m and £25m.

On this, you’ve got the biggest employer of permanent and temporary staff in West London at the end of the road. QPR are able to offer you a five hour shift, once or twice a fortnight, for 9 months of the year, in poor/cold conditions, on poor/minimum wage. If you want a temporary gig in W12 you work in Westfield. It’s an incredibly difficult ground to staff.

I think we do now have to accept the bloke’s a bloody good manager at this level.

Every time I see a team pissing about at the back concede a goal off a high press it brings a little bit of joy back.

Maybe Derby went for a slow burn approach to their fitness this year mate? Hit their straps round about now…

Chair had barely missed a game in his life.

Someone at the club off mic once told me the difference between Eze and Chair is that Ebs was very laid back, trust in God, it'll come if it's meant to come, whereas Illy would crawl over his dead grandmother for one game of professional football.

Last two years, never fit.

One of the reasons I got on with Hoos is I always felt he gave me a straight answer to a straight question, either on tape or off it. He said that to me at the start - you may not like the answer I give you but I'll give you an answer. And he stuck pretty true to that throughout that time I dealt with him.

Obviously some of the answers turned out to be bad calls on his part, particularly that Austin and Johansen summer, and I disagree with him on loads of stuff, but I always felt he was very straight with me.

WelI guess it's the reverse of last season, where we had an entirely off-pitch focused fans forum in person and were then promised an on-pitch forum later in the year, and even got round to submitting questions for it, but it never happened.

Lee Hoos, I know many don't have a lot of time for, but he used to take these questions year round and periodically do a 10-15 minute YouTube video addressing the ones that came up the most. Which was really good, tempered a lot of the criticism because it stopped it building up, and should be something they look at again.

I've disagreed with you a lot this week so, just to say, I do agree with this.

My long standing point that if there's nothing wrong with your flying, fit 24-year-old winger then he wouldn't be playing for QPR applies.

If you are going to take that approach though you really have to, as they said at the forum, "take every step to put them in the best possibly place to succeed". Making them play on a ploughed field does not comply with this.

Football is a fantastic sport now sadly almost universally in the hands of and controlled by a cabal of monumental spunk rags.

Yeh few fanbases have been through the ringer quite as much as this lot. They were playing League Two football at Northampton fairly recently.

Hope he's right about Rudoni being injured.
From the match preview...

- Jack Rudoni has scored more (four) and assisted more (four) goals against QPR than any other opponent. Those eight goal involvements have come in just seven appearances for Huddersfield and Coventry. He is unbeaten across those appearances – W4 D3.
