People get bored of his style of football easily, which I can totally see, but rarely seem to ask what the alternative is, or what's realistic with their resources. Oxford is a League One sized club with a League One budget. |

Been top for a few weeks, lead slowly being whittled down from 10 points at one stage. Has held off Garnham, Enfield and WestonSuperR to be top of the league at Christmas.

Mate, seriously, do an inventory or list on here, it's better for you guys to speak to Support rather than me and I can just give them this thread.
We obviously don't want you using ad blockers, but I totally get it. We've got to strike the happy medium balance. If you become a Reach PLC website then people with won't click or they'll just block it out.
All feedback genuinely really welcome on this so I can take specifics to Fans Network. |

It did used to say in the top right hand corner 'members see fewer ads when signed in' but that's not there any more at present. |

I think that used to disappear if you were logged in but now doesn't.

Yeh I can't say I'm wild about them myself. New ad provider as of last week so it's bedding in and there will be teething issues.
I've successfully lobbied to have them taken out of the articles themselves.
And if you log in you should see fewer.
But, I agree, they're not ideal and it looks terribly messy, front page in particular looks like somebody threw up over it.
If there are particular ones that you're finding intrusive please post below and I'll see if I can get them taken off as well. Screenshots help too, loftforwords@yahoo.co.uk.
I apologise guys. It's not what I need right now either, another bloody faff to deal with. I massively appreciate all of your support for the site. Let me know the really specific problem ones and I'll sort it as best I can.

We were walking past when it went off. Seemed like a load of the Leicester fans who'd left early had gone in there, police had then pulled the shutters down and locked it to let QPR go past at full time, and when they opened it up again it all went a bit Ark of the Covenant.
Underrated arsehole element to Leicester's support. Last time they were down here a dozen of them went in the Crown after the game, stood round the bar in a line being a deliberate obstruction/pain in the ars to anybody who wanted a drink, then started singing bloody Leicester songs to a pub full of women and kids mainly and were told to leave it out at which point they tried to boot off with everybody in there.
Said to one of them if you're so brave go and sing your silly little song in the White Horse see how you get on in there. |

Yup. When it was obviously the only thing it would ever possibly be useful for.
They ended up tearing the Don Valley down in Sheffield, 20 years after they built the thing. |
