He really should have called the book 'On The Shoulder Of Giants'. Given that he is 5 foot 5 and had a 3+ foot vertical jump on him.

This is the problem. He is coming back from multiple injuries but not playing much game time to get back up to speed. I'm surprised we haven't taken the Ledley King approach here. Minimal or no midweek training and just play the matches. It may be the only way he can stay remotely fit?

Okay fair enough.

To be fair I think he does shoulder blame for it by not criticising his players. He didn't react quickly enough but I think he knows the set up should have been adjusted much sooner. For me next week is a huge test against Marti. He really does need to try and get that one right selection wise.

I agree that Saito hasn't been at full tilt but we know what he can do. I still think he could possibly play a more central role aka Chair.

Possibly playing Varane and Hayden as a holding 2 in front of the back 4 in away games would help us cope in midfield in some away games. That does potentially mean only playing one up top but may avoid us getting overrun?

I think that we have a group of players that will keep fighting even if they are sometimes outclassed, or often outclassed. But, we are improving and what annoys me is that although we are pretty obviously much better than we were, if we dare to lose a game then some fans seem to completely over react. Last season we didn't hit 31 points until late in 2037!

Their second goal is excellent because RND tries to show him outside but he still make it onto his left foot and it's a beauty.

Big shout out for Mbengue. Two extraordinary recovery tackles.

I knew this would happen. Boro's squad value is £100+ million. QPR's is at best £40 million. Their resources are miles beyond ours.

I do feel for Morrison but at Stephan said, an extra day to recover so not too surprised that there is just one change. He does have Cook on the bench.

Still enormously impressed by the team's desire to go back up the other end in the last minute and win it.

The Nardi save from that amazing corner is incredible.

Morgan can certainly leather a football! I am starting to think back to David Bardsley, who had a similar rocket of a shot on him.
