I agree the crunch time comes in the next few months, I just think we'll come to regret some of the points we've lost at home this season already, we're far from out of it and I still think we can finish top 8 but that was a waste opportunity the other night same as Bolton and Preston as well |

It did frustrate me last night that we didn't try and keep the wingers staying wide for 5 mins and try and stretch the play, we kept coming inside and getting nowhere, needed to vary our play a bit more but part of that has to be the players as well, I don't think our set up is that rigid that they couldn't take it upon themselves to try something different for a few mins. |

Thought we did well first half but the final ball was lacking and the second goal felt crucial, if we could keep it at 1-0 till late we had a chance but once they scored it we fella part really. Kone's goal was good but fair result in the end.
I found Varanes performance a concern in midfield and Vale has been poor for a few weeks now.
The Lloyd injury was so annoying, another one who comes back and breaks down injured again, happens far too often.
Also the headloss man was incredible, what was he so angry about, he was trying to fight everyone, nutcase. |

has happened a couple of times
1928/29 season we beat Merthyr 8-0, Jack Burns and George Goddard both got hat tricks, Goddard actually scored 4
1929/30 beat Swindon 8-3, again Goddard got 4 with George Rounce getting a hat trick
last one was 1964/65, 7-1 win over Luton with Mike Keen and Brian Bedford getting hat tricks |
