I agree the crunch time comes in the next few months, I just think we'll come to regret some of the points we've lost at home this season already, we're far from out of it and I still think we can finish top 8 but that was a waste opportunity the other night same as Bolton and Preston as well |

I'd start him oN Saturday with Kone up front, should have scored the chance he got but made a good run to get the chance |

It did frustrate me last night that we didn't try and keep the wingers staying wide for 5 mins and try and stretch the play, we kept coming inside and getting nowhere, needed to vary our play a bit more but part of that has to be the players as well, I don't think our set up is that rigid that they couldn't take it upon themselves to try something different for a few mins. |

with 10 mins left I thought I'd be happy with a draw, could see Burnley nicking one.
Frustrating night though, a replica of the Charlton game |

I think Kolli will come in for Vale with Smyth going out wide, rest of the team the same |

Thats certainly the nagging doubt on this season, more than good enough to challenge but 15th wouldn't be a huge shock |

Thought we did well first half but the final ball was lacking and the second goal felt crucial, if we could keep it at 1-0 till late we had a chance but once they scored it we fella part really. Kone's goal was good but fair result in the end.
I found Varanes performance a concern in midfield and Vale has been poor for a few weeks now.
The Lloyd injury was so annoying, another one who comes back and breaks down injured again, happens far too often.
Also the headloss man was incredible, what was he so angry about, he was trying to fight everyone, nutcase. |
