Kanes penalty record is a bit hit and miss over his career but he scored every one he has taken this season and even though he missed, it was still fairly close. I'd rather him miss in a friendly than when it matters. I also like strikers that are hungry for goals and want to score constantly, so it's fair enough that he took it.
I have had my own views on Kane being potentially overrated and still think there's parts of his game that need to be better, but he's proven to everyone that he is one of the best in the league and could become the best out and out goalscorer England have produced since Shearer. I hope he gives a good account of himself in France. |  |

Couldn't hit the target, couldn't put a good ball in and by the end, couldn't trap a ball! But I am more inclined to use a 40+ game football season as a barometer of his ability rather than a 4 game european tournament. Let's hope he learns from this and in the future, is utilised properly. | |

He looked knackered in the last few games of the Prem. Very under powered at the tournament. A risk taking manager would have put Rashford straight in from the start of the tournament. | |
