I don't mind the Euro teams being kept apart, in fact I wouldn't mind all Prem teams being seeded so they couldn't play each other.
I think most teams then get a good chance of playing a Prem team, which most fans want anyway and good for revenue - that's what the Cups have always been for me, lower league teams getting a chance to beat top League teams.
I do completely disagree with Prem teams, Euro or otherwise, getting home draws, I don't understand that at all. The way they did it tonight with 4 at home and 2 away makes even less sense.
As for our draw, very pleased. Should be a great game, hopefully they rest a few. We all know Eze will score. | |

I have secretly admired Crystal Palace in recent times , not just for Eze, but they seem to have attracted a team of multi talented ballers and very decent to watch.

Yep, my reflection too. Excitement that the mighty Crystal Palace are coming across town with a certain star player - mixed with remorse that playing Palace appears to be such a big draw for us these days. For years (decades?) we looked down on them - I almost felt they were a feeder club to us at the start of the Venables era.
