Do you have the link to the full interview? Can't find it on the WLS page.

And actually, I thought Marti was a class act in how he answered that question. He didn’t take the bait to indirectly criticise a player, which typically goes down well with players, and he made it about the collective effort whilst still admitting it was not good enough. Very clear with the Larkeche question that it wasn’t his call. If it was a collective decision, he would have said “we”. Notice how much in general he talks about “the club” and only used “we” when talking about the first team.

Hmmm…. Calf strains all round I suppose

I think Cifuentes revealed the other day that these players have been "feeling" things.

Like most of of our players I think this is "feeling" like not playing football for QPR.

Just more obfuscation.

They still haven't told us what's up with Colback or when he might be back.

Last Saturday 'oh we had a second keeper on the bench cos we expected Kaddie to play' then he 'felt something in his knee' now we're at 'number of weeks'. If he's likely done till March just say it. The rest of the Championship does not give a single shiny sht when "Kaddie" will be playing for QPR again. The only people you're denying the information to, and fcking off in the process, is the supporters.

I can just hear Daniel Farke now - "Lads, we've got word Morgan Fox could be fit for tomorrow. So we're going to have to change our entire game plan and see if we can just hold out for a draw"

I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the Leeds team don’t know who Morgan Fox is, or some of our other players for that matter, let alone care.

Can't help but feel he's waiting to be pushed. Seems totally out of step with the club (owners) which is hardly surprising.

Sad times.

Wouldn't be surprised if he goes after we lose tomorrow, and we find out who Nourry's yes man will be.

He was stylishly evasive, I guess one could say, while I hope wincing with embarrassment inside.

I glumly agree, reading the runes, and am mildly surprised Nourry hasn't appointed himself manager already. One can only assume Ruben just doesn't give a sh*t either way.

Not disputing any of the points you are making. But how then can we reconcile that with the lung-busting run he made to be on the end of Frey's dispossession and lay off v Luton. That came from a long punt forward and he was playing as a left winger at the time? He looked decent that night - where has that player gone?

If you skip to 7:31 David McIntyre says other clubs looked at him and said no. He says they spoke to people who had watched him and were told 'he was weak, he was slow, and he wouldn't be cut out for Championship football'.

This tells me two things. First, in relation to your point, the Luton game was the exception. As 1JD said, even a stopped clock is right twice a day. Secondly, it sounds like we've relied too much on data and overlooked the old fashion practice of actually watching a player.

This tentatively links to BurnleyHoop's point - I don't think this is an issue of 'psychological suitability'. I think it's simply about his footballing ability. Those glimpses of footballing ability are totally eclipsed by his lack of effort and application. There isn't a single player who's good enough to justify Madsen's level of application.

His signing is indicative of everything that's wrong with QPR. It's the footballing equivalent of Holloway's quote about diving into a barrel of tits and coming out sucking your thumb.

One of the frontrunners apparently is Cristiano Nourrando, up and coming 20-something manager from the Portuguese second division.

Marti said Colback had an operation, on his knee if I remember right, a couple of weeks back, after they had delayed that hoping the problem would clear by itself.

When Marti replied "if he scores four goals I would say good game", Dave shows remarkable restraint by not cutting in and screaming "FOUR GOALS?!? WE'LL BE FÙCKING LUCKY TO SCORE FOUR GOALS AS A TEAM BETWEEN NOW AND THE END OF THE SEASON, LET ALONE THAT USELESS DANISH POLTROON!!!"

Which is probably why no-one in their right mind lets me do interviews. Or interact socially with others.

Sadly, very sadly, I'm reading these posts from people/supporters and commentators who, if attending have clearly got too much money in their pockets and no serious hobbies.

OK I know I'm tarred with the same brush, but I'm trying to bring some sanity to my life and now, aged 70+ recognise QPR and the club for what it is.

Quite why some 14,000 odd people can find a logical reason to go watch this crap week in week out is frankly amazing.

Those figures of goals and wins at home over the last 4 or 5 seasons is truly horrific. Couple that to a Management ( not Marty ) who seem incapable making a logical decision in both buying players, apparently unfit for purpose and known to a majority in the industry prior to our offering them a fat contract, combined with a policy of non engagement with their customers/supporters.

As they say in all the best Dragons Den series, "I'm out"....and I don't intend to be coming back.

Maybe some people go for more than football ?

You don’t that’s fine.
But don’t insinuate we all have more money than sense .
