I don't know what's going on in Palo Alto and/or Samsung HQ, but when I log on to LFW on my phone, I have to spell out each letter of my username. At no point does it offer an auto-fill suggestion.
However, and this is 100% gospel, when I want to mention His Holiness, I start typing S, p, a, c, whereupon my phone automatically gives me the option of Spaceman_P (Points Be Upon him) without fail.
