Was living off a good 6 weeks with us and reputation/ego. Has experienced two tough periods as a manager and been sacked after both, funny what happens when you don’t cultivate the tools to navigate tough periods! In contrast look at Marti navigating the mess he inherited here after experience in Spain, Denmark in similar situations where he experienced failure and learned how to turn it around.
