What alleged lies. They said they did not chase them correct. The fact that the boys turned into a road that where a police van was driving and the boys did a U Turn meant that both vehicles were going in the same direction. That does not constitute a chase or even the police were following them.
According to your logic any car that is on the same road and travelling in the same direction is chasing the car in front.

I was riding motor cycles on public roads having passed the driving test .
I participated in motor sport completion which always carries a risk.
I once spent an afternoon with Jamie Whitham ( look him up) . He said He never rode a motor cycle on public roads as he thought it too dangerous with “ all the dykheads around” | |
