Think I've replied to a post on this of yours on here before - but it remains on my reading list!
Re Existentialism, I have a friend who is a massive advocate for properly understanding it, and related, phenomenology. I've tried to read the books, and I can kind of see it, but for my deterministic brain it's like trying to staple jelly to a moving wall, while wearing oven gloves. I think I've pinned a bit of it down, but then the weight of its own wobbliness makes it slide off, leaving me feeling stupid holding a stapler and wondering if the jelly was ever actually there to begin with.
