Seeing as I'm unbeaten in Match Threads, and especially bearing in mind it was a match thread that I think 80% of supporters who expressed a preference believed we were going to lose, I'm taking ownership of creating the next one, which will be a winning one.
The Rams are coming to town, they've won once all season, and we're long overdue a home win, achievable even if we finish the game with around 8 or 9 players that can still walk.
So lump on for the win, Ram Lambs to the slaughter, what could possibly go wrong?!
And to think loads on here wanted Eustace as our manager
And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles

Pleased Vale scored. Hopefully it’ll do wonders for his confidence because at times this season the ball and him have looked like strangers.
We seemed to have switched off after the 3rd which is a bit frustrating. I hope we can rediscover a bit more energy in the second half. We could see a cricket score.
Nice to see the pre match flooding of the pitch reaping dividends. Comfortable for the R's during the first 45 minutes, I really hope that we can boost our goal difference during the second half.
Nice finish from Vale and an even better finish from Lloyd although the Derby defence gave Alfie all the time that he needed to compose himself and place his shot.
That was just about the most fun you can have with your clothes on.... what a lovely 45 mins that was
Got to say it again.. FCUK OFF PLAYING HI-HO AT THE START... it is not natural
OK Derby are 2nd bottom... have an horrendous injury list ... but we have really destroyed them... and it so good to see
Some of our one touch football... with the flicks and tricks was better than fun you can have with your clothes off . I've decided I could leave my lass and live in a cave if we could keep Charles.. 60 years I have been here.. and I can't think we have had such a complete keeper... he is of a other world
Kemper another great half.... CBs not had a lot to do... but looks good and Adamson is just getting better
Madsen and Kamara bossing the midfield.. and the 2 young lads have done OK... all that can be expected of them... and some nice touches
But yet again it is the Paul Smyth show... this as got to be the definition of a purple patch... he is unplayable
So only thing left is a clean sheet... will JS bring some of the players off for Saturday... as that is going to be an important gamec

Koĺli is just not doing it at the moment.
I've really enjoyed watching him in that half, Toasty. Nice movement, lovely positioning, lovely touch in the build-up to the Vale goal, had a fine effort tipped over very close after a great trap, and very close to a tap in after reacting well to broken ball.
A few stray passes, but I found that half from him enjoyable and encouraging.
"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."
Be an interesting second half - from what JS has been saying you’d hope he’s hyping them up in there to dish out a proper thrashing as Derby look awful

We are genuinely playing really well, actually taking our chances, all of this against a team that isn't pressing and leaving us with more than 50% possession. Is it time to break the curse?

Unlucky not to score and that big Derby Centre half crocked which has put Derby under a lot of pressure.

Not Kolli's biggest fan but he's doing ok, apart from the nervy moment he a) gave the ball away on the edge of our box and then b) got away with a foul trying to retrieve said ball after his mistake
But other than he's not been too bad and good touch for Vales goal as others have said
