Probable ACL

Poll: How many more points will we get this season?

Really gutted for Amadou. He brings so much to the squad - they obviously love the bloke so this must be a real kick in the Niagras for morale.

Hope he makes a full recovery.

Funny how things work out. Adamson must have viewed the arrival of Lamptey with some trepidation, but now it looks like he may be the main RB for the season. Best wishes to mad Ben.

What a shame! Looked probable at the time but I’ll miss him and his crazy exuberance. Also some much needed pace out of the squad.

Sad news.

Fantastic character. Would love to have him as a work colleague. Life is never dull with Amadou around.

Erratic player but pace to burn and sometimes has fabulous defensive challenges that he seems to have little chance of winning but he does.

His exuberance and excitement in celebrations will be greatly missed.

He truly is completely crazy but in a kind of controlled manner.

Blimey. Everyone will miss him this season. Great shame for him and us all.

Not great news. Hope he makes a full recovery and that he has support around him which I am sure he will.

Smells like a trout farm in here

Much as I love Amadou and we are going to miss him as a player and enthusiastic character, I'm not sure his name and controlled belong in the same post.😁

Ah crap. A real shame, he will be missed
.hope he recovers well.

When you reach the place beyond thoughts, the only thing you'll find is love and the only purpose of life becomes to ease the suffering of others.

Never like to hear players out for long periods. Their careers are short, and bad injuries can be just that: bad.

Sure everyone will rally round him. Amadou does seem the kind of player that his absence may well act as a rally call for the others.

Get well soon fella!!

Such a shame.

They should still wheel him into the dressing room, for a bit of Mad Ben Boosterism around games.

Mad as a box of frogs and bit of a loose cannon, but I like him. Decent player, doesn't give anyone an easy game, including his own team sometimes, but thats a real shame if its is ACL. Wish him all the best recovery.

Lets hope he can maintain his positivity during the recovery, and hopefully help lift the spirits in our treatment rooms.

Like that film with Robin Williams, where he cheered them all up, was it Good Morning Vietnam?

More like Harry from Mobland I reckon…

Those possessed by devils, try and keep them under control a bit, can't you ?

Big loss, best RB in the Club.

Lets hope Adamson continues to get better, doing decent(ish) as a RB defender but you need a RB to be far more attacking and advanced than he currently gets.

Can't we cancel Morgan's loan to Bradford ? And Sanyaolu's with Bristol Rovers while are at it ? Neither of them are playing. What's the point in them being there ?

I was trying to think of any loanees we have had who we have left on the bench week after week. I couldn't think of one - even the sh*t ones like Federico Macheda, Matt Smith (the Manchester City one) and Modibo Maiga got games for us.

Cannot see the point in loaning players out and they do not get a place in the starting 11. What is the point??

As for Morgan, he has played about 10 minutes for Bradford.....great education for him, NOT!! But hey. its saving us a few quid not paying his wages every week.

That might be what they are learning though.
Maybe not for Morgan as much, as he already has professional minutes, but for a lot of those players being in a situation with men, who have hunger for progression with mortgages to pay for can be the reality check they might need.
~
Pulling upto the Concorde club every morning in a £100k car thinking they've already made it, etc...

Not saying its the case here, but they will still learn from that environment!

Theres always the option of JD moving back to RB.

Technology advances, unfortunately humans do not.
